No — that’s the point of this service. We add AI to what you already have, through its API, a plugin or a small service that sits next to it. If a system genuinely can’t be extended, we’ll say so in the audit and explain the options.

We look at your tools and talk to the people who use them every day. Then we list where AI would save time, what each idea would take to build and how we’d measure it. You get a short, ranked plan — including the ideas we’d advise against.

It depends on your systems, but we keep the first step deliberately small so it can go live quickly — typically a single, focused feature. The scope and timeline for each step are agreed in your proposal before we start.

We choose per task: language models for writing, translation and summaries, and embedding-based search for matching and recommendations. We aren’t tied to one provider, so the model behind a feature can be swapped as quality and costs change.

We only send the AI what a feature needs, prefer provider settings that keep your data out of model training where they’re offered, and keep keys and usage under your own accounts. The exact setup is agreed in your proposal.

It will, sometimes — so we design for it. Suggestions are shown to a person before anything is sent, answers point back to where they came from, and every feature can be switched off. We test with your real data before anything goes live.

Yes. Each step ends with a short, hands-on session for the people who will use the feature, plus a written guide they can come back to. Knowing when to trust the AI and when to check it is part of the training.
