Development Bros is a software development studio. We design and build CRMs, websites, web and mobile apps, SaaS products and AI solutions for our clients. In this policy, “Development Bros”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the studio that runs developmentbros.com.

We collect very little, and only for clear reasons:

• Messages you send us. This site has no accounts and doesn’t store form submissions. The project inquiry form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message; nothing reaches us until you press send. When you email us, we receive what you choose to include — usually your name, email address, company and project details such as the service, budget range and timeline.
• Basic analytics, if enabled. We may use analytics to understand how the site is used — for example pages visited, the site that referred you, approximate country, and device or browser type. We look at this in aggregate and don’t use it to identify you.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical details such as IP address, browser type and time of request to keep the site secure and running.

We only use cookies and similar browser storage that help the site work — for example, remembering whether you chose light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising cookies.

If we enable analytics that rely on cookies, we’ll update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

We use the information described above to:

• Reply to your inquiry and talk through your project
• Prepare proposals, agreements and invoices if we work together
• Deliver and support the work agreed in your proposal
• Keep the website secure and understand how it’s used
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio — such as our email provider, website hosting and, if enabled, analytics — and only as much as they need to provide that service.

If we work on a project together, we may share necessary details with tools and providers you approve as part of that project. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If we work together, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics, if enabled, are kept in aggregated form.

You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, except for records we’re legally required to keep.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our accounts. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security — but we take it seriously.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it

Our site links to other websites, including live products we’ve designed and built. Those sites have their own privacy practices, so please read their policies.

This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Our terms and conditions explain the rules for using the site.
