These terms cover your use of the Development Bros website at developmentbros.com. “Development Bros”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the software development studio that runs this site. “You” means anyone who visits or uses it.

You’re welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t:

• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting

• Misrepresent who you are, or your relationship with Development Bros

We describe our services, process and past work as accurately as we can, but the content here is general information — not an offer or a binding quote. Descriptions, typical timelines and examples are indicative; the details of any engagement are set out in your proposal.

Contacting us or sending a project inquiry doesn’t create a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both sides.

That document sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms, ownership of the work and any support. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed proposal or agreement takes priority.

The content of this website — including its text, design, graphics, logo and code — belongs to Development Bros or is used with permission. You may not reuse it without our written permission, beyond normal browsing, sharing links and quoting short extracts with credit.

Product names, screenshots and trademarks of projects shown in our work belong to their respective owners. Ownership of software we build for clients is set out in each client’s proposal or agreement.

The site links to external websites, including live products we’ve built. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Development Bros isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Liability for project work is governed by your signed proposal or agreement, not by these website terms.
